Total Batteries is a manufacturer of high-quality mobile batteries, offering a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our dealers and distributors.

Warranty & Replacement Policy

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.
  • Exclusions:
    • Physical damage, liquid damage, mishandling, or improper installation.
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Damage caused by environmental factors, power surges, or external forces.
  • Replacement Terms:
    • Any defective battery must be reported within the mutually agreed  time-frame.
    • Dealers must provide the invoice number, clear images, and an unboxing video as proof.
    • If a defect is verified, a replacement will be issued; otherwise, the same battery will be returned.
    • In case the battery model is unavailable, an equivalent product will be provided.

Ordering & Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 working days and delivered in 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping for bulk orders.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Dealers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report discrepancies immediately.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): Payments must be made via bank transfer or digital payment methods.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Orders Only: Payments must be completed before dispatch.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment; once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Delayed Orders: If an order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, dealers may opt for cancellation and receive a full refund within 14 business days.
